In-N-Out Burger: My favourite burger joint. Must try their cheeseburger, not-so-secret anymore animal style fries and milkshakes.
Habit Burger: Great burgers (ranked no. 1 burger joint in California). Just like In-N-Out, the must try items are their cheeseburgers, fries and milkshakes.
Mendocino Farms: Perfect place for good quality sandwiches and a wide array of side salads, pastas and etc. I had the Kurobuta Pork Belly Banh Mi and it was just what I was craving for and loved it.
Blaze Pizza: DIY pizza joint. The whole pizza making process is done in front of your very own eyes – doesn’t get any fresher than this. Went there a few times and every combination I made was so delicious. I don’t think you can possibly go wrong with any combination you choose.
Porto’s: Cuban bakery and cafè with a very wide array of cakes, bread, biscuits, sandwiches and many more. They are well-known for their cheese rolls and cakes. I had the Cubano sandwich which was served with plantain chips and cheese rolls both of which I enjoyed very much.
Buca di Beppo: Italian restaurant. This is a chain restaurant which you can find in several locations. They serve very authentic and high quality Italian food. I loved every dish we ordered especially the fried calamaris. The restaurant ambiance makes you feel like you’re in Italy filled with antique decorations.
Boiling Crab: Perfect restaurant for seafood lovers. They serve your choice of seafood in a bag with your choice of sauce and spice level. Their fried oysters are delicious too. Be sure to arrive there early as there is often a long line.
Brodard: My favourite Vietnamese restaurant in LA. Must try their pork spring rolls as well as pho and broken rice.
BCD Tofu House: Korean restaurant joint. They are most famous for their tofu and sizzling kimchi soups. I really liked the kimchi dumpling soup.
